We have several time out mats strategically placed around our house for those toddler moments that occur quite often. Yesterday, Adler and I were playing in the living room and he, on his on accord, went and sat on his time out mat and started crying.
I wonder what he was punishing himself for- I am sure I will discover it in the most unlikely way, like a crayon stuck in the dvd player or a banana mushed into an outlet or something.

If only each time he needed one he could be in charge of himself . You could send supernanny the new time-out method...Toddler puts self on mat when guilty.LOL!! So cute! IIi wish Aunt Lissa could give him a hug!
